This "jam session" is two jazzy chords played over and over for you to relax and learn to improvise in the right hand.
Step 1
Play the left hand chords only 
in time with the music
Step 2
Add C, Db & Eb in the right hand
in any combination.
Step 3
Play any notes from
the Ab major scale.

The Blues
This "jam session" is an Ab7 chord played over and over for you to get down all funky and play some blues.
Step 1
"Stab" away with the left hand chord only
in time with the music.
Step 2
Add Ab, Cb, Db & D
in the right hand.
Tip: Always play a Db after the D.
Step 3
Play any notes from the blues scale.
Tip: Always play an Db or Eb after the D.
